Supporting individuals and couples with care, clarity and confidentiality.
I’m a Counseling Psychologist, Solution Focused Brief Therapy Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Sex Therapist with a particular focus on couples, relationships, and personal growth.
My journey in mental health was shaped, in part, by a deeply personal experience of loss—an experience that gave me a lasting appreciation for the importance of being heard, understood, and supported through difficult moments. It eventually became a quiet but meaningful influence to creating a space where people can pause, reflect, and find their way forward.
At Happy Minds Cafe, we work with couples and individuals navigating relationship challenges, emotional trauma, life transitions, and personal changes. We take a warm, thoughtful, practical, and non-judgmental path, with an emphasis on understanding what matters to each person. We recognize existing strengths, explore possibilities, and facilitate a meaningful conversation leading to change.
People are more than the problems they face — In the right space, they find perspective, to reconnect with their resilience and rediscover their best version.

For relationship-focused work it is usually most helpful when both partners participate. Individual sessions can also be valuable if one person wants to explore personal patterns that affect the relationship.
